Terms for visiting, booking and cancellations at Adrenalin Park Jedlová.
By entering Adrenalin Park Jedlová, visitors agree to follow the park rules and instructors' directions. A summary of safety rules, clothing and weight/height limits can be found on the Opening hours & rules page.
Individuals and smaller groups may arrive without a prior booking. Groups of 10 or more, camps, schools and corporate events must always be booked in advance by phone or e-mail — contact details are on the Contact page.
Prices for individual attractions can be found on the Prices page. We're happy to confirm the current on-site payment options by phone or e-mail before your visit.
If you need to cancel or move a booked date, please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. For group and prepaid events (camps, school trips, corporate events) we agree on specific cancellation terms individually at the time of booking.
In very bad weather (rain, strong wind) opening hours may change. We're happy to confirm the current situation by phone, or you can find it on our Instagram.
Visitor safety on the attractions is the responsibility of trained instructors, who are available throughout opening hours. All safety equipment (harnesses, helmets) is included in the entry fee.
